1.植物相关微生物比较基因组、群体基因组学与基因组数据库构建。

2.植物相关真菌、细菌次生代谢产物基因簇聚类算法。

3.植物相关真菌的分子植物病理学、基因功能与转录调控研究。

4.植物病原真菌学、病原真菌分类、鉴定与系统发育分析。
